Seit der Saison 2026 tritt Audi in der FIA Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaft an.

Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Das Audi Kompetenz-Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formula 1 Factory der Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Audi Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich ist in der Startphase und wächst stetig. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb verantwortlich ist.

Was brauchst Du? Das Mindset eines Athleten. Wenn Du jemand bist, für den Aufgeben keine Option ist und Grenzen nur etwas sind, die es zu überwinden gilt, kannst Du mit uns Vorsprung durch Technik in die Formel 1 bringen. Werde Teil dieses einzigartigen Projekts und schreibe Motorsportgeschichte.

Am 23. Juni 2026 öffnen wir die Türen des Audi Motorsport Kompetenzzentrums in Neuburg an der Donau – für einen Tag, der ganz Dir und Deiner Leidenschaft für Technologie, Innovation und Motorsport gewidmet ist.
Tauche ein in die spannende Welt der Formel‑1‑Entwicklung, erlebe die Atmosphäre unserer modernen Entwicklungsstätte und triff die Frauen, die Grenzen überschreiten, neue Herausforderungen annehmen und jeden Tag die Zukunft des Motorsports mitgestalten.

Voraussetzungen

Um an diesem exklusiven Event teilnehmen zu können, solltest Du Folgendes mitbringen:

Eingeschriebene Studentin an einer Hochschule oder Universität
Studium in einem technischen Studiengang, z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen
Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Motorsport, Powertrain‑Entwicklung oder Fahrzeugentwicklung
Leidenschaft für Technologie, Innovation und moderne Antriebssysteme
Motivation zur aktiven Teilnahme – Freude am Austausch, an Fragen und am Networking

Und selbstverständlich sorgen wir für Dein Wohl – den ganzen Tag über stehen Speisen und Getränke zur Verfügung.

Our Team

Since the 2026 season, Audi has been competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.

The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Center in UK is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up isn’t an option and limits are just something to be overcome, you can bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1 with us. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.

Requirements

To participate in this exclusive event, you should bring the following:

Enrolled at a university or college
Studies in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or similar disciplines
Strong interest in motorsport, powertrain development, or vehicle development
Passion for technology, innovation, and modern propulsion systems
Motivation to actively participate – enjoying exchange, asking questions, and networking

And of course, we’ll take care of your well‑being – food and drinks will be provided throughout the day.
