Ab 2026 tritt Audi bei der FIA-Formel-1-Weltmeisterschaft an.

Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Das Audi Kompetenz-Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Sauber Group's Formula 1 Factory in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Sauber Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich wird in diesem Jahr in Betrieb genommen. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb verantwortlich ist.

Diese Position für das Audi F1 Project ist bei der Audi Formula Racing GmbH am Standort Neuburg
(Deutschland) zu besetzen.

In der Finanz stellen wir als zentrale Schnittstelle der Audi Formula Racing GmbH sicher, dass alle Bereiche mit entsprechenden Budgets und erforderlichen Ressourcen versorgt sind und sorgen dafür, dass klare Rahmenbedingungen und relevante KPIs zur inhaltlichen Steuerung transparent zur Verfügung stehen. Neben dem hohen Eigenanspruch und der Team-Leistung steht bei uns auch die Freude bei der Arbeit im Vordergrund! Deine Aufgaben

Business Partner im Bereich Operations: Verantwortung für Kostenplanung, Forecast-Erstellung (VSI-Prozess) und Analysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der OE-Leitung und weiteren Controllern
Mitwirkung an übergreifenden Finanz‑Themen wie Budgetplanung, Jahres‑/Mehrjahresplanung sowie konzernweiten Planungs- und Forecast‑Prozessen
Erstellung und Analyse von monatlichen Auswertungen, Abweichungsanalysen sowie Ad-hoc-Berichten in Kooperation mit den Fachbereichen für die OE-Leitung und Geschäftsführung
Eigenständige Durchführung von Monatsabschlusstätigkeiten
Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Make-or-Buy-Bewertungen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung
Gestaltung, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Methoden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern, einschließlich aktiver Begleitung von AFR-Projekten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Einkauf, Entwicklung, Logistik, IT, Rechnungswesen und externen Partnern

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der finanziellen Steuerung von Bereichen oder Organisationen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bewertung von Konzepten, Prozessen und Investitionen, einschließlich Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen sowie Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint) sowie SAP (FI/CO); Kenntnisse in BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) von Vorteil
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
Hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
Freude an der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Methoden
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).

In Finance, we act as the central interface of Audi Formula Racing GmbH to ensure that all departments are provided with the appropriate budgets and necessary resources. We also make sure that clear frameworks and relevant KPIs for operational steering are transparently available. In addition to our high personal standards and strong team performance, enjoying our work is also a top priority for us! Due to the interdependencies of many different topics within our area of responsibility, close collaboration and a high degree of openness are essential for our success.

Your Mission

Business partner for the Operations division: Responsible for cost planning, forecast preparation (VSI process), and analyses in close collaboration with the OE management and other controllers
Contribution to overarching finance topics such as budget planning, annual/multi-year planning, and group-wide planning and forecast processes
Preparation and analysis of monthly reports, variance analyses, and ad-hoc reports in cooperation with the specialist departments for OE management and the executive board
Independent execution of monthly closing activities
Conducting profitability analyses and make-or-buy assessments to support decision-making
Design, development, and continuous improvement of controlling processes and methods in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including active involvement in AFR projects
Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, IT, Accounting, and with external partners

Your Profile

Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the financial steering of departments or organizations
Strong expertise in evaluating concepts, processes, and investments, including profitability analyses and make-or-buy decisions
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as SAP (FI/CO); experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex matters in a clear and understandable way
High level of initiative, teamwork skills, and strong communication and assertiveness
Enthusiasm for designing and optimizing processes and methods
Fluent German and English language skills suitable for negotiation
