Seit der Saison 2026 tritt Audi in der FIA Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaft an.

Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Das Audi Kompetenz-Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formula 1 Factory der Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Audi Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich ist in der Startphase und wächst stetig. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb verantwortlich ist.

Diese Position ist bei der Audi Formula Racing GmbH am Standort Neuburg (Deutschland) zu besetzen.

Innerhalb der Finanz sind wir die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen der Audi Formula Racing GmbH und der FIA und stellen die Einhaltung der Power Unit Financial Regulations sicher. Wir sind Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen zur Handhabung des Reglements und erste Anlaufstelle für FIA-Auditoren. Unser Ziel: klare Rahmenbedingungen, transparente Prozesse und verlässliche Informationen. Neben hoher fachlicher Kompetenz zählen Teamgeist, Offenheit und Freude an der Arbeit zu unseren Erfolgsfaktoren. Und eines ist sicher: Im Formel-1-Umfeld wird es garantiert nicht langweilig!

Deine Aufgaben

Analyse und Bewertung der Anforderungen aus den Power Unit Financial Regulations sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
Kontinuierliches Monitoring regulatorischer Entwicklungen und verständliche Aufbereitung von Änderungen für relevante Stakeholder
Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Workshops zu regulatorischen und fachlichen Themen
Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Leitfäden und internen Richtlinien zur Sicherstellung der Compliance
Fachliche Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen
Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten für Management-Reports und Ad-hoc-Anfragen
Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse, Strukturen und Dokumentationsstandards
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von externen Audits

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Accounting-Standards (IFRS und HGB)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Unternehmensberatung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
Analytisches Denken, hohe Detailgenauigkeit und problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke
Hohe Eigenmotivation, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
Belastbarkeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
Freude an der Arbeit im Team und an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache

Our Team

Since the 2026 season, Audi has been competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.

The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Center in UK is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).

Within Finance, we act as the central interface between Audi Formula Racing GmbH and the FIA, ensuring compliance with the Power Unit Financial Regulations. We are the primary point of contact for all questions regarding the handling of the regulations and serve as the first contact for FIA auditors. Our goal: clear frameworks, transparent processes, and reliable information. In addition to strong professional expertise, team spirit, openness, and enjoyment of our work are key success factors. And one thing is certain: in the Formula 1 environment, things are guaranteed to never get boring!

Your Mission

Analysis and assessment of requirements arising from the Power Unit Financial Regulations as well as derivation of concrete actions
Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments and clear communication of changes to relevant stakeholders
Conceptualization, organization, and execution of training sessions and workshops on regulatory and technical topics
Preparation of technical concepts, guidelines, and internal policies to ensure compliance
Professional consulting and support for business units in implementing regulatory requirements
Analysis and preparation of data for management reports and ad-hoc requests
Active contribution to the further development of internal processes, structures, and documentation standards
Support in the preparation and execution of external audits

Your Profile

Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, along with solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and HGB)
Several years of professional experience, ideally in auditing or management consulting
Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and a solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
High level of motivation, initiative, and sense of responsibility
Ability to present complex topics in an understandable manner
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders
Very good command of English and basic knowledge of the German language
