Audi wird ab 2026 in der FIA Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaft antreten.

Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Das Audi Kompetenz-Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Sauber Group's Formula 1 Factory in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Sauber Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich wird in diesem Jahr in Betrieb genommen. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb verantwortlich ist.

Diese Position für das Audi F1 Project ist bei der Audi Formula Racing GmbH am Standort Neuburg (Deutschland) zu besetzen.

Im Bereich der Entwicklung Verbrennungsmotor arbeitest Du bei Konstruktion und Entwicklung des Aggregats mit. Vom Motorentwurf bis zur detaillierten Modellierung erstellst Du das/die Bauteile. Du trägst die Bauteilverantwortung in einem komplexen Umfeld. Du stellst durch Zusammenarbeit mit Berechnung, Versuch und Motoraufbau sicher, dass das/die Bauteil(e) schnellstmöglich einen für das Umfeld erforderlichen Reifegrad erreicht. Du gestaltest den Entwicklungsprozess mit und begleitest das/die Bauteile über mehrere Baustufen hinweg.

Deine Aufgaben

CAD Konstruktion von Baugruppen und Systemen sowie Motorbauteilen.
CAD Modellierung von Bauteilen, Zeichnungserstellung
Planung des Erstellungspfads der Baugruppe / des Bauteils unter Einbindung von Fertigung und Beschaffung
Stücklistenpflege
Erstellung Motoraufbaulisten
Bauteilbegleitung im Motoraufbau und -zerlegung
Interpretation von Berechnungsergebnissen und zielgerichtete Umsetzung in Baustufen

Dein Profil

Technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Kraftfahrzeugtechnik oder Konstruktionstechnik
Vertieftes Wissen im Bereich Motorentechnik und Konstruktion
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Motorkonstruktion im Motorsport
CAD-Kenntnisse: Catia
Erfahrung im Bereich Konstruktion Motorperipherie und hier insb. Abgasanlagen
Vertieftes Wissen im Bereich Werkstoffe und Fertigungstechnik (Prototypen)
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft Grundkenntnisse in der jeweils anderen Sprache zu erlernen sind Voraussetzung

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).

You will be involved in designing and developing the engine in the internal combustion engine development area. You will create the part(s) from the engine design up to the detailed modelling. You will be responsible for the part(s) in a complex environment. In collaboration with calculation, testing and engine design, you will ensure that the part(s) achieve(s) the maturity level required for the environment as quickly as possible. You will be involved in shaping the development process and will monitor the part(s) across multiple construction stages.

Your Mission

CAD design of assemblies and systems as well as engine parts. CAD modeling of parts, drafting
Planning of the creation path for the assembly / component with the involvement of Production and Procurement
BoM management
Preparation of engine structure lists
Component support in engine construction and disassembly
Interpretation of analysis results and targeted implementation in construction stages

Your Profile

Technical studies in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, design technology
In-depth knowledge in the field of engine technology and design
Multiple years of experience in engine design in motorsport
CAD skills: Catia
Experience in the field of engine design and exhaust systems
In-depth knowledge in the field of materials and production technology (prototypes)
Excellent teamwork skills, organizational skills, and keen sense of responsibility
Independent and precise working practices
Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
