Deine Aufgaben
  • Eigenständiges Begleiten und Unterstützen der Fachbereiche als Single Point of Contact für alle Fragestellungen zum FIA Financial Reglement
  • Identifikation von Chancen/ Risiken und Aufzeigen von Handlungsalternativen/ Optimierungen im Rahmen des FIA Financial Reglements
  • Koordination des FIA Berichtswesens unter Berücksichtigung des Cost Caps der FIA
  • Erstellung von Ad Hoc Analysen und Berichten für die Leitung der Organisationseinheit
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für FIA Vertreter vor Ort
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit finanziellem Schwerpunkt oder ein Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens absolviert
  • Idealerweise hast Du Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsprüfung sowie Unternehmens-/Steuerberatung mit fundierten Kenntnissen bezüglich Accounting-Standards (IFRS und HGB)
  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in der finanziellen Steuerung von Bereichen/ Organisationen
  • Du moderierst gerne und hast Freude an der Gestaltung neuer Prozesse und Methoden
  • Zu Deinen Stärken zählen Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und analytisches Denken
  • Du nimmst die Herausforderung an, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach darzustellen
  • Du bringst eine hohe Motivation zum eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten mit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Power-Point)
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse und hast die Bereitschaft Grundkenntnisse in der jeweils anderen Sprache zu erlernen

Unser Team
In der Finanz fungieren wir als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen der Audi Formula Racing GmbH und FIA und stellen die Einhaltung des finanziellen Reglements sicher. Wir sind zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden betreffend Handhabung des Reglements und sind erste Anlaufstelle für die Finanzabteilung der FIA. Wir sorgen dafür, dass die Rahmenbedingungen transparent vorliegen und relevante Hinweise zur inhaltlichen Ausgestaltung transparent zur Verfügung stehen. Neben dem hohen Eigenanspruch und der Team-Leistung steht bei uns auch die Freude bei der Arbeit im Vordergrund! Aufgrund der Abhängigkeit vieler verschiedener Themen in unserem Verantwortungsbereich ist eine enge Zusammenarbeit und ein hohes Maß an Offenheit Voraussetzung für unsere erfolgreiche Arbeit. Über uns
Die Audi Formula Racing GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft von Audi Sport und wurde im Jahr 2022 für den Formel-1-Einstieg der Marke gegründet. Ab 2026 treten die Vier Ringe mit einer eigens entwickelten Antriebseinheit („Power Unit“) und einem Werksteam in der weltweit populären FIA-Formel-1-Weltmeisterschaft an. Das Programm bildet künftig die Speerspitze des werksseitigen Motorsport-Engagements von Audi.
 
Die Power Unit wird im hochmodernen Kompetenz-Center Motorsport von Audi Sport in Neuburg an der Donau entwickelt, unweit des Unternehmenssitzes der AUDI AG in Ingolstadt. Der im Jahr 2014 eröffnete Standort gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art und wird derzeit für das F1-Engagement umfassend erweitert. Damit entsteht erstmals seit 2009 wieder ein Formel-1-Antrieb in Deutschland. Entscheidend ist dabei das neue Reglement des Automobil-Weltverbandes FIA, das ab 2026 unter anderem nachhaltige synthetische Kraftstoffe vorsieht und den elektrischen Anteil der Hybrid-Antriebseinheit auf annähernd 50 Prozent anhebt. Audi möchte die Transformation der mit Abstand bedeutendsten Motorsportserie aktiv begleiten.
 
Global bekannt, hoch emotional und technisch hoch entwickelt – die Formel 1 ist eine spektakuläre Plattform für die anspruchsvollsten elektrifizierten Rennfahrzeuge der Welt. Audi stellt sich der Herausforderung, in diesem kompetitiven Umfeld Vorsprung durch Technik zu beweisen und stellt dafür ein hoch spezialisiertes Team zur Entwicklung der Power Unit zusammen. Unsere Basis dafür ist das vielfältige Know-how aus Motorsport-Engagements wie der Formel E, Rallye Dakar oder der Le-Mans-Ära. Werde ein Teil des einzigartigen Projekts in der Königsklasse des Motorsports und bringe Dich ein, wenn Audi das nächste Kapitel seiner Motorsportgeschichte schreibt.

Your mission
  • You will independently monitor and support the departments as the single point of contact for all questions regarding FIA financial regulations
  • Identify opportunities/risks as well as alternative courses of action/optimizations within the framework of the FIA Financial Regulations
  • Coordinate FIA reporting with consideration of the FIA cost cap
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports for the management of the organizational unit
  • Central contact for local FIA representatives


Your profile
  • You have a business degree with a financial focus or a degree in industrial engineering
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in the fields of auditing and business/tax consulting and possess in-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and the German Commercial Code, HGB)
  • You have professional experience in the financial management of business units/organizations
  • You like to moderate and enjoy designing new processes and methods
  • Your strengths include your communication skills, your ability to deal with conflict, assertiveness and analytical thinking
  • You take on the challenge of presenting complex content in a simple way
  • You are highly motivated to work independently
  • You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You are business-fluent in German or English and willing to learn the basics of the other language required
  • You enjoy working in a team




Our Team
We act as the central interface in Finance between the AFR and FIA and ensure compliance with the financial regulations. We are the central point of contact for our employees regarding the handling of the regulations and are the first point of contact for the FIA finance department. We ensure that the framework conditions are present and transparent, and that relevant information on the content is available and transparent. In addition to our own high standards and teamwork, we also focus on enjoying our work! Due to the interdependence of the many different topics in our area of responsibility, close cooperation and a high degree of openness are preconditions for our successful work. And we can promise one thing: Things are never dull in our field of Formula 1 racing!

About us
From 2026, Audi will enter the FIA Formula 1 World Championship with an internally developed power unit and a works team.
The power unit will be developed at Audi Sport’s state-of-the-art Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg an der Donau. This means a Formula 1 drive system will be made in Germany for the first time since 2009.

By entering the premier class of motorsports, Audi is taking on its greatest challenge to date when it comes to combining sustainability, innovation and optimum motorsport performance. Audi’s decision was driven by the rule changes announced by the governing body of world motorsports, the FIA. From 2026, sustainable synthetic fuels will be required to be used and the electrical content of the hybrid power unit will be increased to almost 50 percent. Audi intends to actively support the transformation of what is by far the most important motorsport series. The power unit will be developed by more than 300 employees at the Neuburg an der Donau site. The Formula 1 program will spearhead Audi’s works-based motorsport activities going forward.

Audi Formula Racing GmbH has been established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Audi Sport GmbH with responsibility for Audi’s Formula 1 project. We are currently assembling a high-performance team to develop the power unit.
